Toe Clash

 How to do it

1) Straighten your legs in a sitting position and put your hands back comfortably.

2) Do not open your heel but hit your toes quickly.

3) You can do it in a supine position in the same way.

(TIP) It is a good idea to start with 100 times and gradually increase the number of times.

What to expect

  • You can have better eyesight, better sleep, and better blood circulation.
  • Toe bumping is one of the stretching exercises that rhythmically repetitively perform internal and external exercises of the lower limb to improve the circulation of the lower limbs. In the oriental medicine, the liver, the spleen, the kidney, the stomach, the gall bladder, and the bladder meridian flow. If you hit your toes, the circulation of these 6 meridians will improve and the functions of the organs will be activated.
  • Especially, as age gets older and leg muscles weaker, the poor function of liver and kidney degeneration is likely to cause chronic degenerative diseases such as degenerative arthritis, and poor vision. Repetition of toe bumps can strengthen weak adrenocortical, liver, and renal functions, which can be helpful for degenerative diseases caused by lack of exercise and aging.
  • If hemorrhagic circulation of the lower limb is inadequate, it may cause inflammation in the inside of the big toe if it is hit too much, so adjust the strength appropriately.
