Sitz Bath

Effect
Sitz Bath is effective for people with menstrual irregularities or insomnia, people with cold hands & cold feet. It is also applied to the treatment of uterine cancer or uterine myoma.

Method
Prepare two tubs that can fit your hips, one for hot water and the other for cold water. And feet come out, and soak hips and waist alternately in hot water (40-42⁰C) and cold water (15-20⁰C).


The immersion time is 1 minute alternately in hot and cold each 3 times. Start with hot water and finish with cold water.
