● Method
How to make mustard poultry is as follows.
1. First, in a suitable container, warm the

2. When the mustard dough for poultice is

4. Lift the tip of the mustard dough and if
the skin turns red, remove the mustard, lightly wipe it with warm towel, then
cover the dry towel by four layers. If you have a fever within 5 minutes, the
effect is good, and you can see the symptoms as light, but if you do not flare
after 20 minutes or if you flare, it will fade and disappear to indicate that

5. If it does not flare after 20 minutes,

For soft-skinned children, mix mustard and
flour to make mustard dough. For infants, add more flour.
This is to reduce symptoms of tingling. In
