Hot & Cold Bathing



● Effect
Hot and cold bathing is a method of bathing alternately between cold and hot baths. There is no need to use soap and it is effective for healing of cold, fatigue, neuralgia, rheumatism, asthma, and migraine. It also improves kidney function and cleanse the lymph nodes. When you are warm and hot, stretch your chest and correct your posture to make sure you have enough alveoli.
● Method
The method of hot and cold bathing is to alternate between cold and hot water for 1 minute in cold water and then 1 minute in hot water. It is recommended to mix cold and hot water at least 5 to 7 times and 11 times. The thing to note is that you have to start with cold water and end with cold water.


The method of hot and cold bathing is summarized in detail as follows.
1. Go into cold water at 15 ~ 20 for 1 minute to relax the body.
2. Go into warm water of 40 ~ 42 for 1 minute to warm the body and relieve tension.
3. Repeat the warmth and warmth seven times in this way.

If you are ill and are over 30 years old, begin by placing cold water on the ends of your wrists and ankles first. Then, when you get used to it, you put it on until you reach the bottom of your knee and then on to the tip of your thigh. It is better to increase the portion. 


When I get used to it for about a week, I put it in a hot water bath to cool my neck. 
The temperature of hot water is 41
~ 43 and the temperature of cold water is 14 ~ 15 . But until you get used to it, you can adjust the temperature by adding hot water to cold water.

People with atherosclerosis begin with a range of temperature differences, gradually increasing to an ideal temperature difference of 30 ° C. Healthy people are hot water 41 ~ 43 , cold water 14 ~ 5 , the difference is close to 30 degrees. Everyone who has toxic liver disease or atrophic cirrhosis should do it slowly after at least three months of running. 

● Caution

Cold water is acidic (+) and hot water is alkaline (-) . Hot and cold is neutral. When neutralized, leading illness and disease disappear . If you enjoy bathing in warm and sauna, especially if you enjoy a hot morning bath - Alkalizing , it is easy to become cancer of the brain , pancreatic cancer , cold and cold water friction - It is prone to hypertension , atherosclerosis , kidney and diabetes due to acidification .
